c) Cookies and browser storage
Our website does not set advertising cookies. It stores the campaign tag of your visit in your browser’s session storage (deleted when you close the tab) so we know which campaign brought you. If we enable analytics tools such as Google Analytics, they may set their own cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

3. Website forms and chat
When you submit a form or send a message to an engineer through the chat, your details are emailed to our team through our own mail server and a copy is stored on our web server so no request is lost. You receive an automatic confirmation email. To stop spam, we check how quickly the form was filled in, limit the number of submissions per IP address (stored as a one-way hash), and may use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly human check.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service providers we rely on to run the website and our services, such as Cloudflare (network, security and performance), our email provider, payment processors and, if enabled, analytics providers
- Font providers (Google Fonts and Fontshare) that serve the typefaces on this website and can see your IP address when they do

- Our staff and contractors, strictly for delivering our services
